The Mulligan Course - Cancellation & refund policy
It is required that all courses will be paid for in advance, unless specific arrangements have been made with the course organizers.
Refunds will not apply when advertisements state that deposits and other monies paid are non-refundable.
The following will apply with respect to course refunds :
·  If a participant withdraws from a course more than 4 weeks in advance, a 30% administration fee will be deducted
·  If a participant withdraws from a course between 1 and 4 weeks in advance, a 50% administration fee will be deducted
·  If a participant withdraws from a course less than 1 week in advance, a 70% administration fee will be deducted
·  If a participant fails to attend a course without notification in advance of the day of the course, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
• In the event that the course is not viable, Manual Concepts reserves the right to cancel the course without notice. Under these circumstances all course registration fees paid to Manual Concepts will be refunded to those registered. Manual Concepts will not, however, be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants in attending the programme.
